TURNAROUND TIME

All orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items will be shipped through USPS either flat rate or priority mail depending on package weight. Priority mail packages will have $50 insurance. If you do not receive your package please contact your local post office then please contact us by using the customer service email. Tracking information will be emailed to you.

•RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our business and in order to keep our pricing as low as possible, Southern Magnolia Boutique will not be accepting returns. I will answer any questions you may have about the fit of the item the best I can. I will be checking all items for damage prior to sending them out but if by chance I do miss something please send pictures to Southern Magnolia Boutique Facebook page within 2 days of you receiving your item and you will be issued store credit. After the 2 days, we can no longer issue store credit.

•EXCHANGES: PLEASE contact Southern Magnolia Boutique {SMB} within 2 days of your item being delivered through our business page about your exchange. SMB will only allow exchanges on in stock items for sizing issues. If the size is available, tags are attached, free of damage, odor free and item appears unworn/unwashed then you’re exchange will be processed. IF needed, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

•LOST PACKAGES•
Southern Magnolia Boutique is not responsible for lost packages. If you have a lost package please contact the United States Post Office. All purchases will be shipped 1-2 business days after purchasing, not including preorders.

•To be able to continue to bring affordable prices, only one discount can be applied per order and discounts can not be applied to sale items

•Preorders can take around one to three weeks depending on vendor. Turnaround time is just an estimate, SMB is not responsible for how long it takes vendors to get preorder items to us
